i started getting daily calls from pra (don't answer them yet). had a few email which i haven't made any replies. what would the best thing to do in my situation?

when pra first took over my debt, i had one phone call from them, I interrupted the girl and told her that this will be the first and last time i will speak to your company on the phone, all communication has to be in writing, before she could say anymore i said goodbye and put the phone down. it worked as they havnt called me since, that was 4 years ago. If they, or any debt company was to call me i would refuse to talk to them or confirm any details, make them put it in writing.2
