Hello
Please help me understand where I'm standing at.
Original creditor barclaycard, has sold my credit card debt to pra.
I've sent cca request to pra on 21.5.21, received acknowledgement on 24.5.21 with £1 postal order returned. On 4.6.21 I received a letter stating "we have currently deemed this debt as unenforceable" with copies of statements from 2019-2020.
On 15.6.21 I received a letter with the following pages.
Have pra legally fulfilled pra request and has my credit card debt become enforceable now?
Thank you

Well from what you have posted, I cannot see a reconstituted agreement anywhere, just T`s and C`s, cancelation form etc.
A reconstituted copy is fine, as long as it includes all the correct financial information, customer details etc.
There is no requirement for it to be signed, to be valid, yet I can`t see it there ? ? ?I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. I had similar. I wrote back saying that thats not what i was asking for. They wrote back saying they were waiting for the documents and meanwhile the debt is unenforceable. That was 4 years ago, im still waiting.1

I agree it looks a poor attempt.
From the guidance I think the bold bits are missing, assuming these are the t&cs from the time the card was taken out:
(2) The firm can reconstitute a copy. It can do this by re-populating a template of the relevant agreement form with the details of the specific agreement taken from its records. If the firm does provide a reconstituted copy, it should explain that that is what it has done, to avoid misleading the customer that this is a contemporaneous copy. (3) The terms and conditions should be those applicable at the time the agreement was executed. The name and address at the time of execution must be included. (4) The reconstituted agreement should contain a heading prescribed by the CCA and any relevant cancellation notice.
