Bus lane contravention

Hello I have received a bus lane contravention in Manchester Oxford Road/Nelson Street to have a hathersage road . At 8.54pm I did not see any signage I was unaware it was a bus lane, I’ve since found out after 9 pm it is not a bus lane I received a PCN I’ll be 18 June and I have sent an appeal on the 25th of June on the grounds that the signage was not visible to me as I was Concentrating on the road ahead And not 8 foot high to my left or right Of the road, most  bus lane have the writing on the road oh no entry if I’d seen it I wouldn’t of given down it this is my defence not to mention the fact that six minutes later I wouldn’t of been fined at all. Has anybody got any advice for me because they will obviously refuse my appeal as they always do

Have a read through some of the other threads there before you post your own to get the hang of what information they need from you in your opening post - but as a minimum you will need to post redacted photos/scans of all correspondence you've received from the council (both sides, if appropriate) as they need to see all the small print.

My advice is post your query over on pepipoo fightback forums using a non Hotmail email address , in the correct section , after reading their posting requirements , like uploading redacted copies of both sides of the Penalty notice
