The Uther Pendragon 220 Blue is traditionally forged by hand from one piece of recycled high-carbon steel on Bodmin Moor in Cornwall, by award-winning metalsmith Charles Atkinson.

Celebrity chef Rick Stein has a Wolf & Dingo knife, and now stocks them himself. He says: “They are works of art and a dream to use”.
