Neff microwave flashes 000 for some reason?

C67P70N3GB combination oven/microwave.
everything works fine, but after the program has finished (and around 2 hours later) the temperature display flashes 000
i switched off at the mains for 10 minutes, switched back on. Didn’t run any program and the light started flashing 000 again after around 2 hours.
can anyone offer a thought?

Found this in the manual: -
“000” appears in the temperature display. Automatic switch-off has been activated. The oven stops heating. Press a button or switch off the appliance
