Smells like a scam to me; the language used is very similar to the emails from Africa offering to cut you in on a deal for 10 million if only you'll send a thousand to cover 'expenses'. In any event I would *never* sell a phone on ebay - too often the buyer simply claims you sent an empty box.

The questions that get the best answers are the questions that give most detail....
