Does anyone know of an email address or phone number for the ageuk head office please, as I have a very serious issue which I need to report to them regarding the treatment of a family member and the local ageuk care office are the issue so I can't discuss it with them. Thank you in advance.

A quick and simple google search brought me this for their complaints procedure. https://www.ageuk.org.uk/help/complaints-procedure/

There's also their Advice Line on 0800 678 1602.
They say those lines are open between 8am and 7pm, 365 days a year. If you are unable to get hold of anyone anywhere else in the organisation, you could always try that number to ask for some assistance.
