AVRO ENERY REFUND BATTLE

I moved from AVRO Energy my switch completed on 21 May 21 and am struggling to get my outstanding credit balance of £163. refunded. I have emailed and not even received an acknowledgement or response to my email request, absolutely no response from Avro Energy. I have sent 9 emails DISGRACEFUL! 

I do not recommend them not even for cheaper energy. I have seen other reviews and it seems there lots people with the same issue.  One person has said it took 8 weeks to get a refund. What a joke AVRO

Avro have just emailed me disputing my final meter reading that I sent on 18 May.  Fortunately I always take a photo of my meter readings when I submit them.  I have sent them a copy of the photo with the very same meter reading figures they stated in their email.  Let's see where this goes.  My original refund amount was £230 on 21 May and went down to £163 after I requested my refund, I have screen shots showing the different figures.  I DON’T TRUST THEM.

Unfortunately, you'll just have to be patient.

All companies are allowed eight weeks: final bill within six weeks, refund within a further two weeks.
