Landlord not renting garage

Hello,
Someone has just taken over a property next door (not attached) to me and that property has a garage, not attached to it but kind of in front of it - you have to walk past it to get to the house. The properties only parking space is also in front of the garage door (bottom of my front garden)

The garage has electricity and water which is fed from the property and, from what I know, doesn’t have any sub-meters because the property has only been owned by two people and they wouldn’t have needed them.
Now, I’ve looked at the advert and there is no mention of the garage OR a parking space for the three bedroom family home…
I am worried that the landlord is not renting out the garage with the property and will be using the garage for themselves (they have lots of stuff in there currently) and will be using electricity/water (all be it not much) but won’t be making the tenants aware of this.

I’m not sure what I should do, if anything?
I’m also worried about parking because we have a private driveway between 4 properties and the only “spare” parking space, other than in front of the garage, is my parking space - happy for people to use in a pinch but not all the time! I’ll deal with that if it is a problem though.
I’m more worried about the tenants paying for something that they’ve not used, when they are already spending a lot of money on renting/bills etc
The property is currently empty, waiting for whomever to move in.
Any advice or opinions appreciated! Apologies for the long post!

I certainly wouldn't be making it my business. Is there a reason you are?Officially in a clique of idiots4

Why is this your concern? Just because it isn't mentioned on the advert that doesn't mean there won't be an agreement between the landlord and tenant.2

Another wind up?1

Can't think why the owner doesn't want to live in the house themselves...3

… I wasn’t sure if I should morally do something because the new tenants could end up paying for some of this persons bills. Shouldn’t turn to the internet for morals I suppose.I have barely spoken to the new owner of the property, other than when I have said hello and they asked about parking. I just don’t like the idea of people being taken advantage of.Thanks for all being so lovely and kind though 🙄0

How do you know that the garage has water fed from the house?0

its good of you to look out for a neighbour, even one you haven't met yet!
It's too early to assume any wrongdoing and not your place to fix it even if there was - I'd get to know the new neighbours when they move in and then at some point ask about the casually, then it's up to them to look into if it's something they aren't already aware of.0 -

Stay out of it, you don;t need the hassle.Life isn't about the number of breaths we take, but the moments that take our breath away. Like choking....0 -
Do you think because they are renting they are not able to speak up for themselves? Are you using a tap or something from their garage?
I don't understand your point really. Did you get on with the previous owners?0 -
When we first let our old house (we were self building a new one) we did not include the garage in the rental, because we used it to store all our furniture. There was nothing in there using electricity and we did not stop the tenants parking in front of it.Later when we moved the furniture out we amended the tenancy to include the garage with a small increase in the rent. Why does everyone assume there is something sinister going on here?0
