O2 price increases

Currently, O2 can only increase their charges each year by RPI.
If you entered an agreement after 25 March, the increase will be RPI plus a massive 3.9%.
I have been an O2 customer for 27 years. When my current contract phone expires, I expect to be looking for a new provider.
