Yesterday was just a bad day in general, busy, trainee underwriters asking for things they do not need or do not exist or telling me what I have sent is not acceptable despite their website saying it is, my 4 year old following me around trying to make me laugh whilst arguing with underwriters and BDMs. Customers being a little too demanding without realising the word please goes a long way when asking for favours. 

Normal business will resume after the weekend I think. 

Perhaps you should argue with the UWs and BDMs yourself instead of delegating to a nipper! Saying which they would probably find the communication closer to their usual level!
