Im not doing very well hear am I.
You'll be fine and should have far better options than Bluestone available to you - but dont rely on that because I seem to have everything else wrong in this thread.

OP, from the MBs on the forum, I know that both ACG and KS do adverse mortgages and are excellent experienced MBs. But I think both of them are super busy so might not be taking on new customers but no harm in checking.1

ACG is an adverse specialist and has contacts at lenders that others moght not, and KS has a level of general mortgage knowledge that even i find intimidating xD
Either of them will be great options for you4 -

They are both super busy as expected so im still keen to hear from anyone who has used an adverse broker with positive experiences.
It shouldnt be super complex, a bank of aged stuff in my history but non of it under 18 months old and most of it over 3 years old (with the exception of the 1 I mentioned), joint income of £80k (wife is on furlough for 2 of her 5 days so may take £26k out of it?)
Thanks all

That is unfortunate. Really good MBs are like gold dust and with the ongoing madness in the property market, I imagine they are all swamped with word-of-mouth customers.
The wife's pay will be ignored I think. But if you only need to borrow 125,000 you should still be fine I assume0 -
Only need to borrow 100k as we have £25 for deposit (total home cost is £125k)lonibra said:That is unfortunate. Really good MBs are like gold dust and with the ongoing madness in the property market, I imagine they are all swamped with word-of-mouth customers.

Yesterday was just a bad day in general, busy, trainee underwriters asking for things they do not need or do not exist or telling me what I have sent is not acceptable despite their website saying it is, my 4 year old following me around trying to make me laugh whilst arguing with underwriters and BDMs. Customers being a little too demanding without realising the word please goes a long way when asking for favours.kingstreet said:
