Confusion over Wimbledon tickets and myWimbledon/Ticketmaster accounts

We were lucky enough to get a pair of tickets for Wimbledon when they went on sale last week. Today I received an email explaining the requirements for gaining entry. They include installing the Wimbledon app so that the tickets can be shown on my phone, and also logging into my myWimbledon account and sharing the 2nd ticket with my wife, who will also have to create an account at myWimbledon and download the app.
The problem is that I don't see the tickets when I log into my account at wimbledon.com (they should be viewable under the "Manage Benefits" section according to the instructions in the email).
There is a complication, in that the email address that I already used to register on the Wimbledon site/app is not the email address that today's email was sent to. Rather, it was sent to the email address associated with my account at Ticketmaster (I had to use Ticketmaster to book the tickets).
I tried creating another account at wimbledon.com, using my Ticketmaster email address, but I'm unable to see any tickets there either.
I was wondering if anyone else was having similar problems, or understands how Wimbledon assigns tickets to accounts/email addresses?
On a separate issue, I don't actually see any way of viewing tickets in the Wimbledon app (for Android), but maybe that will resolve itself when I am able to resolve the first issue.
I've contacted Wimbledon to ask for advice, but have had a response indicating that they are receiving a high volume of enquiries (I wonder why?), so am not expecting to hear from them any time soon :0(

Have you had an email telling you your tickets have been issued? Your tickets won't appear in your account or in the app until they have been issued. When you get the email saying they are issued you click the link in the email to open the Mywimbledon logjn screen then either log in or create an account, and you tickets will then appear in your account, and in the app once you log into MyWimbledon on it.0
