I had an Asda delivery today and the conference pears were todays date. I have had a refund for the same pears for the last 2 deliveries this is the 3rd one. The last 2 the dates were OK but they were soft and overipe. I wish they had a facility to send photos because I felt bad about asking for another refund. I had the confirmation of a refund within 5 minutes, they have never questioned any of them.1

It's been a long time from my last order to Morrisons, but it was quite easy to mark the problem online as long as you do on the next 3 days from receive your order. They didnt ask for "proof" but i was ready with pictures in case of.0
