Forgot to register for guarantee

Hello.

I wanted to ask whether I have any rights if I have forgotten to register for free warranty for a mattress.
I bought a kingsize mattress online from Ergoflex on 16/9/2017 but I totally forgot to register for 10 year guarantee. Now the mattress has dip in it and when I contacted Customer service in April 2021 they wanted all sorts of information and picture of the mattress but when I sent it to them they said they can't do anything as I didn't register within 30 days of purchase for 10-year warranty.
Do I have any rights in this case?
Thanks for all your responses in advance.

Anna

if you did not comply with the terms of the warranty (ie registering) then you cannot claim under it.

you may have other consumer rights eg is 4 years a reasonable period for a dip to appear etc. But that's another matter.

Do you still have the original invoice/ delivery ticket, if so might be worth giving Ergoflex a ring and explaining the situation.
