Epson Printer Service

Any suggestions would be welcomed. Contacted Epson Customer Service early in May as XP-960 printer needs replacement ink pads. List count of the number of times Epson have said they'll collect to Service... then was offered a replacement printer. I was given the serial number and model of a printer which was to be delivered.... but still nothing! Really fed up with them now. Not keeping their promise(s) or contacting me to reschedule.

Is it worth going down that route ?? Or just buy a cheaper multi-purpose unit .

Well - originally it was, now I'm determined to get a result from Epson for all the inconvenience. The XP-960 has been the best photo printer I've had.0
