Could anyone confirm that if you have received a Negative Test to Release on Day Five that you need to complete another Passenger Locator Form online?

If you put the reference number of your test to release booking on your original form you do not need another - if your first form did not include this booking reference then yes you will need to update the information so that NHS Test and Trace will have the relevant information.0

If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.0
