My wife tried to order tickets for next Monday (daughter has an inset day so having a family day out)
The website crashed at the payment stage, the payment has in fact been taken twice (cleared this morning so not just a failed/pending transactions)
We have been trying to call on the public numbers - cannot get through, rings out then disconnects after a while.
we have tried emailing their customer services team - days ago with no response
we have tried messaging via their social media accounts - no responses.
so we have no tickets, been charged double and cannot get through anywhere, can anyone suggest alternative contact numbers or email addresses so we can firstly try and enjoy a day out next Monday before chasing the refund via the bank for the double charge.
fingers crossed someone can help

I can't help with a phone number but posting onTwitter can often get a swift response. Businesses are usually keen to be seen solving problems in a public setting like this.
