Italy travel tests, in particular day 5 in Italy after quarantine, test to release

Family and I flying out next month, we are visiting a close relative primarily, although we are staying in a nice place so it will be a break for us.
I have found info on Italy travel, first there is the test to fly antigen test, which we will have to do UK locally in person as it has a 48hr window for Italy, and cannot risk the postal ones. Also I found the packages for the return to UK - 2 tests, done when arrived back in UK, I can do those with postal package.
However I am confused about the new Italy 5 day quarantine rule, when we reach Italy, we can in theory quarantine for 5 days as we are at the relatives house, but on the Italian ministry site, there is mention of a test to release at day 5, it does not state what type, or how you can do it, if it is in person I would not know where to start on a private test in Italy and we are not near the airport to just get one there. Is it one we buy in UK ahead of time and do an online consultation in Italy? No info on that test at all clearly stated anywhere and no amber country postal test packages mention it.
I thought I would open a thread to discuss Italy travel, I have signed up to updates with the gov.uk website, so will update if I see anything else!

The test required is a rapid antigenic or molecular swab test for COVID-19 - your relative in Italy is probably the best person to advise you where you can obtain this local to where you will be staying .
Everyone arriving in Italy must also call the COVID-19 helpline for the region you are travelling within 48 hours, to inform them of your visit. They maybe able to provide the information that you require.
Keep checking Gov.UK & Italian Embassy webpages for latest updates as situation is fluid and quite likely will have changed by the time you travel.
