Easyjet flight booked when on green list, now amber-options please?

Hello
Booked a flight to Croatia for July 2021 for a holiday when it was on the green list, its now on amber. With the government saying only essential flights should be made, and the fact it may affect insurance, decided not to go. The flight has not been cancelled. Logging on the options are to cancel (and get just the tax back) or change the flight. Not knowing what we will happen in the future, I have been on hold for 2 hours trying to establish if I can get either a refund or vouchers, if the flight goes ahead.
Can I ask if other people have tried and had any success in this scenario please? Thank you

Cancelling and getting the APD tax back (in cash) will be a very small amount.
You can move your flight under the airline's covid policy (all details on website). Any deferred future travel if not booked immediately would be a credit.
If the flight is operating then no right to a cash refund.
Grant Shapps is making an announcement today about the green graded countries. The situation is reviewed currently every three weeks. Might be worth holding fire for now to see what is said this afternoon. I expect after the announcement airlines over proceeding days will start adjusting/cancelling services.
If easyJet subsequently cancel the flight then you can opt for refund if you wish.

Croatia was never on the green list. Portugal went from green to amber but it was the only change.2
