Green Network to EDF

As a former GNE customer supposed to be moved to EDF I need to ask the question, is anyone else having problems with EDF transferring them? I am still awaiting a welcome pack, have had several discussions by phone, text and whats app with no result? Have logged a complaint but need some answers sooner.

@JaneHayward Lots of similar threads . Have you heard anything from Edf at all ? A monthly bland email in the first few months....................
I got my account detail in early May and my GNE final account yesterday.Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0 -
