Tribunal Issue

Hi
I've got a bit of a tricky one, I was made redundant in December 2020 and after my redundancy I entered into a tribunal along with a load of other employees who feel that the redundancy process wasn't handled properly.
The company went into administration and was bought out so is now trading again.
The company has offered to reemploy me, but I've got this tribunal going on, so not sure if I should go for the job offer or stay clear ? I'm guessing the tribunal is about the old company and not the new one.
If I went for the job offer and the company found out I was in the tribunal maybe I'd get dismissed or it would just be very awkward ?
I've got a job but their offering much better money and closer to home.
Thanks in advance
Burnett

If the Company went into administration. Then it was insolvent. Whether the redundancy process was handled correctly or not is moot. The new owners have no responsibility or liability for what happened previously.1

As above your claim for unfair dismissal is against the Administrator now.
Will winning the claim actually benefit you ? as the protective award is capped in these cases.0 -
Might be worth considering your future job security with the new company. The old company will have folded for a reason - that could have been anything from overall market conditions to the previous owners fiddling expenses and leaving the business without enough cash flow. You might know the detail or you might not.
If it's to do with overall market conditions, what are the new owners going to do that will make the business more successful and therefore, your job more secure?
