Wowcher Credit

Got a credit in Feb 2020 for bowling I could not go to, and then the pandemic hit. When I logged into Wowcher a few weeks ago, I saw the credit had 'expired' during the lockdowns. I contacted them, and they agreed to reinstate the credit. I logged in today, and found the credit had been added on June 8th, but expired on June 21st! Not really enough time to use. I have just contacted them again today (23 June), and they refused to extend the time. So I guess my cash is gone. Will be closing my account - be warned if you ever claim a credit from them!
