Jaja card

Having had my Post Office card replaced with a Jaja card last year, I've now used the Jaja card for the first time. A couple of questions - will the account number I used to pay the PO card still be valid for Jaja? Does Jaja offer the same preferential rates for use abroad? Thanks.

You will need to read the T&Cs, and accompanying documentation, that came with your replacement JaJa card for an accurate answer.1

I has a PO card for the low overseas transaction rates. JaJa's whole presentation just put me off and their mix-up with charges in December(?) was the nudge I needed to decide they were a clown car outfit, so I closed my account earlier this year.N. I had a DD setup to pay my PO card and this carried over to the Jaja card. If you used to make manual payments, you will get a statement in the post, or at least I do. I can also look at the statement in the app, and I am sure it will be on the website.1

Thanks. I'll wait till the statement arrives. Replacement card T&Cs disposed of, since my original intention was to ditch the card. It looks like the card is 'free to use' abroad:

Personally I wouldn’t wait for the statement, incase it doesn’t arrive then I would be subject to late payments etc. I would be contacting Jaja to find out if they have my correct address and the proposed statement date. I would also sort out credentials to log into the account on the website or their app.0
