Estate Agents selling mortgages

I’ve recently sold my property with a view to buying another house, but I have noticed that Estate agents are now pushing forward only sellers that arrange mortgages through them. I have noticed in several occasions that when I disclose that I already have a mortgage in place, the agents are often reluctant to arrange a viewing or return to report that the property has been sold.

Has anyone experienced this recently?
