Original Cottages are attempting to put everyone on standard Ts and Cs for letting out your holiday home with them. Beware - the terms and conditions are far more onerous on homeowners and there are numerous ways they can recoup commission and fees from the homeowners. Original Cottages have not made homeowners aware of these changes (just the "good changes"). You do NOT have to agree to these changes. Check your original letting agreement and most will say that Original Cottages need your consent to accept the changes. Do not be bullied into the changes. Check your original agreement and refuse the amendments.
