Center Parcs Europe telephone number not answering

I have been trying to contact Center Parcs Europe for a week now and the phone number just states it's not available or there is no reply (it doesn't even ring!) I need to amend my booking and I'm concerned they will take full payment in a few days time. Does anyone know of any email address to try please or have any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
