First direct login problems

Spent ages trying to login, online tells you to use the App, the app wants a 6 digit passcode but will only let me type in numbers not letters. Then told to reset password on app, but there is no button on the app to reset password.

Have you previously logged in on another device ?
If so you have to remove that device,you can only have one device associated with the app I believe0
