Stamp Duty Confusion

Applicant A and Applicant B are buying a new property with joint ownership.
Applicant A owns a buy to let.
Applicant B owns a residential property which is being let out with consent to let
The property being purchased will be the main residence for both applicants.
What will be the stamp duty payable before AND after the end of June, please?

Assuming in the UK - you are not REPLACING a main home, so full bang second home you pay. There are calculators online for that0

I was getting at which of the nations within the UK, given that England/NI, Scotland and Wales each have different tax systems and rates.Rayofsunshine13 said:

Sorry, how silly of me.

OP does not say whether Applicant A and Applicant B have sold / disposed of another property / properties which they lived in as their only or main residence within the last three years. Depending on the details, that might mean the extra 3% SDLT (as OP is buying in England) would not apply.2
