Why NatWest ask same documents multiple times?

I am so worried that I can’t afford to buy the house if I miss the stamp duty holiday. We have a great solicitor, he got everything really for us to complete in June. But ...we still haven’t received any mortgage offers....We bought life time mortgage and paid everything in advance as we trust the MB at the beginning.
He helped us submit NatWest remortgage on 14 of May, and NatWest keeps asking to submit same documents 3 times so far, and we still have no offer.
MB said he has done everything he could to push it through... Is there anything I can do apart from chasing him? Can MB accelerate applications? He always say 24 hours we’ll have an answer and so many 24 hours have passed, we still have no offer...
He also told us Hsbc reduce 100k compared to API we got, anyone know how long will it take to issue an offer after change the borrow amount from Hsbc?

@tracy_l NatWest has been pretty quick to turnaround underwriting queries and responses over the past 2 months.
What document are they repeatedly asking for? Is there anything non-standard about the case?I am a Mortgage Adviser - You should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Is there anything non-standard about the case?@tracy_l That is odd if you have supplied the exact same SA302 three times, it doesn't make a lot of sense. Is it both the years or just the latest one they are repeatedly asking for? Have they not given any indication of why they aren't happy with what you supplied? Do the numbers on the SA302 match the Tax Year Overview?I am a Mortgage Adviser - You should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. I have the same question for our MB, but he told me he was forced to get our offer so didn’t ask why they ask same documents so many times. It was 2 years sa302 they asked for, and I can see in online tracker MB summit 3 times so far. Can NatWest actually need something else without clarify MB? @K_S

@tracy_l It's hard to guess what's going on and I don't want to second guess your broker. But if the lender rejected something I supplied once, I'd pick up the phone and talk to NatWest to see what exactly the issue is.

I agree with KS, if a lender asks for something I supply it and they come back and ask for the same document, the first thing I would do is pick up the phone - not send the exact same thing again.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
