Trustnet Portfolio Change Login Email Address

I am probably missing something really obvious but how do I change the email address used to log into the Trustnet portfolio service? I have an old NTLWORLD email address that will close shortly, so must change it. Thanks for your help!

I don't think you are missing anything. I've had a good look around the Portfolio feature and can't see that you can change your email address. The only thing you can do is set-up a new user id, and manually set-up your portfolios again on this new user id. There is an Export feature you can use to get a copy of your current portfolios so that you can have them next to you when you set them up again. 

Might this be a good time to evaluate whether the Trustnet Portfolio service is a good long term option for you?

They use Microsoft account for user access control (you might not of realised). Go to https://account.microsoft.com and use the same login then you can access your account settings. This could get complicated if you already have another MS account.

Once you have logged in under your old email there is an "edit profile" option in the drop-down menu by your name in the top right hand corner.  You can change you email address there.
