PPI cheque was reissued by Canada Square Operations first one not cashed.

My PPI cheque was reissued by Canada Square Operations as they realised I had changed address and didn't cash the first one.

I have it now - I'm just wondering whether they own me the interest from 2012 to 2021?

Does anyone know if this might be the case.

Had you told them you'd moved and they still sent it to your old address or did you expect them to exercise their psychic powers ?

Did you inform them of your change of address before your complaint was upheld?

Ha - it was good of them to find me - I had no idea the claim had been upheld or that the cheque existed!

So when I got the reissued one it was a surprise. Just wondering about the interest as I know this can amount to a lot.

It sounds from what you say that you didn't inform them.

So there would no additional interest.
