Been waiting for over a week for 3 enquiries to come back from the sellers solicitors which the vendor says they sent back within a day. I emailed my solicitors to get an update but they haven’t responded. Would now be the right time to chase again or, am I being too pushy?

It depends what you asked and what stage you are at. The solicitor might have to chase the answer or the seller might have to find out what you need to know.0

And has the vendor said that their solicitor has replied to yours? If not, it's for them to chase in the first place.0
