I understand this is not a usual time but it’s been over 4weeks since requested. Anyone else had any time delays in getting deeds from this company?

Why do they need deeds held by the bank? Is it unregistered?0

It’s in NI, they need original deeds. It’s different in England0

I am in a similar situation.We were hoping to have date of entry on the 1st July but the executors don’t know where the mortgage deeds are, and my solicitor wants to go over them before sale. I am in Scotland and the executors solicitor has now requested a copy from the Scotland register but the deeds are in the old sasine register so god knows when they will be back.Been waiting a full year on this property, 9mths for confirmation the rest just trying to get the sale through0
