Renting with potential low credit score

Hi everyone, I’m a newbie and I’m currently living with a bit of anxiety. Hopefully you can put my mind at ease and help me with my dilemma.
I’m currently renting through an agency with my boyfriend and everything was going well until the landlord decided to sell the house last month therefore I’ll be looking to rent another flat in the next 5 months. Unfortunately I had some health problems in the last few months which were quite expensive and led me to use probably half of my credit limit on my American Express credit card. Next months I’ll have to deal with the last medical expense which potentially would take my credit card usage nearly to the 75% and I was wondering what would happen to my credit score ( right now with Experian my credit score is one point from good) when it comes to renting in a few months? What would an estate agent be able to see when it comes to credit check a tenant? So far I’ve always paid every single thing on time, from rent to a couple of loans I have. I’m just worried we will be refused to rent just because at the moment I’ve decide to use my credit car for my super expensive bills. I don’t know anyone in this field otherwise I would have asked but I feel like I can’t live in anxiety like this.

Your credit score isn't a factor in anything at all and especially not in renting.
They'll only be looking at publicly available data such as CCJ, BR, etc.0 -
Thank you for commenting! I did some research and obviously I’ve read that they only look at publicly available data but I don’t know to which extend..
I don’t have any CCj,BR ecc ecc but I have 2 loans which I always pay monthly by direct debit and the credit card..0 -
Then you'll be fine.0
