French UPVC doors not closing (loft)

Options
I opened the loft doors earlier this week for the first time in a few months Now they won't close correctly. Its the first time its happened.

It seems one or both doors have moved meaning there is an overlap at the top preventing any closure and a gap at the bottom.

Both doors seem misaligned and wont close into the frame independently as they are either blocking the bottom of the frame or top.

I have put pencil marks on the side of the frame then been moving the horizontal bolt (3 on each door to shift the door left or right gradually with a few turns at a time on each bolt) and the door up and down adjusters with an allen key. It hasn't really made any difference. Looks at youtube for tips and while they are there it also doesn't seem to have assisted me here.

Is there a systematic way to do this with a best starting point?

Thanks
