Thank you, sorry I’ve been busy sorting bits out and tired at night time.

The work meeting went well, different to what I thought but I knew I had strong grounds and a very supportive person advising me. It resulted in an option of a role available to me for September should I want it. I’m cautious as I’m aware that perhaps there was no other option based on what was presented however, it opens up opportunities and more options for me. There’s the option of going part time too.

My head needs to be practical as if I need an operation then I need the financial security of this job. I get paid sick pay for a work injury.

I’m still very very cautious and will now make decisions based on my own needs and finances. I’m hopeful to now get the loan paid off and other options that need sorting such as savings. One thing this whole thing has taught me is that I can save!

In other news I’ve had around £15 in this week and I’m due more later on in the week. It’s not been my focus though as I’ve had a skip and managed to declutter a ton of things including the piano I bought and then broke. The garden has some space for me too and looks so much better now part of it is a patio area. I have huge hopes for it long term but everything money wise needs to be slow and steady. I’ll look at doing a bit each month between now and summer.

I have to balance saving with bits that need sorting on the house.
    X

    What a very tough week!
Mondays meeting followed by the discussion on Tuesday as to my role. I’m just surprised and happy at the options now open and available to me.

In selling and money news, I’ve done a fair bit this week
    £20 made and waiting payment
sold three items on a selling site. Total of around £50 after fees. Two items have been paid for one I’m not sure how it will play out. One of those difficult ones I think.
£6 cash back and a £5 voucher have made their way to me too. Almost £100 this week. I know that’s not possible every week, but it does help.

I’m glad things are looking good for the future in work.
My son buys and sells a lot and he says that he’s had a few people buy at that start of this week and then message to say can I pay Friday when I get paid. I’d never dream of that my son says it’s fine at least their getting sold.

We had a lovely bright morning so I got the washing out early because it was forecast rain by lunchtime, most of the line was dry.
    How’s your dd x

    Thanks Parky,

She’s really good. Doing ok at the minute which is nice.

It was only this morning but I just get the sense that it’s going to be a non payer. I just wish he’d tell me now so I can put it back on rather than wait. It’s a pick up only item and he’s showing as 2 hours away. The item is £20 but not worth the travel costs. Then he’s asked if it’s in full working order when you can clearly see from the pictures that it’s brand new and never been used.

We will see, I’ve been wrong before x

    Morning,

I was right about the selling item. He did message last night though so at least I can put it back on.

Got one load of washing to get on the line today so hoping for ok weather.

🤞🏻For more sales this week. I still need to make an extra £200 over the next two weeks which means I’ll need to be listing a lot more. That will have to become todays job!

I managed to list a few items last night so hoping for at least £100 in the next week from sales.

Also should have £40 coming in before payday. I’m still due my £150 switching offer too. If it all comes through that will be the £300 I wanted to make to pay my car service etc.
