That's really aimed at companies responding to consumer complaints etc about them here, I don't think the intention was to prohibit small companies seeking advice or otherwise participating in the forum.

Agreed. It would be different if the OP was brazenly advertising who they were ... but they're not.

They are saying it to the OP because the OP stated they were posting as a company. Havent read the new T&Cs but certainly the spirit of the previous ones around company representatives needing special permission was around those wanting to engage with their (potential) customers on this forum rather than some small business owner wanting some advise.

They are saying it to the OP because the OP stated they were posting as a company. Always helps if the posts are quoted when making statements like that, as given your experience & advice I wondered if was aimed at you 🤷‍♀️
