    So overall the impact would be adverse.  Mainly because everyone is currently positioned expecting the current low interest rates, so it would come as a shock.
    Right, it would only happen if there was absolutely no choice. I don't think we are that close to financial Armageddon, but there is nothing to say that we won't be in the future.
