help with broadband please

hi, not sure if this is the right board.I currently have my broadband with Aol, AOHELL more like. it costs me 9.99 a month but due to technical problems with it, i am looking to switch to another provider.I dont want BT, but hope that some of you can recommend another isp for me. Have looked about and virgin seems ok, let me know what you think cheers

When you say Virgin, do you mean you live in a cabled area?
If so then I would go for cable without a doubt, I have been with telewest/virgin for a number of years and have had no problems.
Cable offers faster speeds as it uses new technology not old bt telephone lines.You can't con an honest man!0 -
