Business Electricity or Gas £40 sur charge

We are being told that we will need to pay £40 sur charge for our business electricity? I’m unable to find any info about this on the web. Anyone particularly in Wales that have heard of anything relating to £40 each month on top of your bill?

    MSE is mainly for the domestic market so responses here will be limited.

    More details please .  You do know that the markets are different -  20% VAT, CCL . high standing charges - but I've never heard of a surcharge.
