Hi, I can't see anywhere to add refunds of TV licence, BUPA, energy suppliers.
I'm hoping this means they aren't part of the tax calculation as they relate to unused services after death.
I'm using a tax lawyer who doesn't know but says I could deduct from any money I'm owed from the estate but I would've thought there needs to be a paper trail.
Also the funds are going into the executor account not mine.
Has anyone had advice on this or should I call the tax office? Thanks
