Universal credit - changing/leaving job

Morning everyone
I've had a universal credit claim open for best part of a year now. It pays me in-between various temp jobs I've had during the pandemic. Recently I got a permanent (but barely above minimum wage) call centre job. It's awful - endless people shouting at me and I'm getting headaches from being locked to my screen all day, every day. The job just doesn't suit me and I dread going in every day. It's such a pity!
Anyway my questions are:
1) Would I be sanctioned if I left voluntarily? If so, by how much?
2) If I voluntarily left and went to a part-time/zero hours/temp job instead, would I be sanctioned for leaving a full-time, permanent job?
Thanks all. Have a good day.

Before doing anything I suggest you discuss it with your work coach.

You could be sanctioned for voluntarily leaving employment and/or reducing your hours and this could be a high level sanction which means that payment is reduced by up to 50% of your standard allowance for 91 days.

Thanks for your reply. I'm checking with my work coach.I'm afraid I can't see this 50% mentioned anywhere. Turn2Us says "
"If you are single and over 25, the sanction will be £10.60 per day for as long as your sanction lasts."
Is that it?

If you are single, then the full amount of your personal element may be sanctioned. If you are part of a couple, then 50% (your share) of the couple element may be sanctioned.radioj said:Thanks for your reply. For leaving a job voluntarily? That's not what turn2us says. Do you have a source please?

Turn2Us gives the daily rates which are equivalent to 100% of a single persons personal entitlement and 50% of a couples entitlement based on a 30 day month.

My apologies. I misread the information on turn2us.
