I've just had the opt in email:

Don’t forget, every time you spend between the 15th June and the 31st July, you’ll be entered into the prize draw to win £10,000 – so fill your summer with the things you love. Good luck! We will be reaching out to the lucky winners in August once the prize draw has closed.
Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.

Same here. Received at 14:08 today. Just clicked the link within the email to opt-in (after checking it was pointing to the real NatWest site) - no need to even sign in to online banking.

  • What is extra ordinary, is Nat West know nothing about this.  I phoned them up twice and on both occasions the person answering knew nothing about the draw.  On a third occasion the person on the sharp end of their CS managed to find something about it on their computer but couldn't find how to enter.  So as there seemed no way of entering I made a complaint.  2 and a half weeks later complaints are saying you had to have an e-mail from nat west because you'd spent on your card in June 2020. That's just doesn't fit with the info online.  Out there on the internet Express, and Your money websites say you can enter just by spending on your debit or credit card from June to August and implied its this year, and that if you phone NWest you can find an address to enter and write in to enter.    What the Heck are Nat West doing spreading info about Prize draws to reputable websites and then forgetting about it and not telling anyone on the sharp end of customer service about the promotion/draw?
  • further to my post above, I note this from Your Money.com:

    How much can you win?

There are 16 prizes available for each prize draw across the NatWest Group. The winners and reserves list will be drawn at random on 9 August 2021 and contacted by phone or email within 14 days of the draw taking place. ..... but even after leaving with a complaint with Nat West Complaints he still can't enter us is into the prize draw despite it saying you can enter by writing in.  But if Complaints and Customer service no nothing about the daw they wouldn't have a clue what to do with an entry!!!   I have had small compensation for the effort of trying to find out about the draw, but still no entry!!!  Incroyable!!
