Disney Cruise Lines – Magic at Sea Prize Terms and Conditions

• Items not included which are the responsibility of the Recipient and accompanying guests include: travel insurance, spa treatments, alcoholic beverages, local and long distance telephone calls, ship to shore communications including internet, merchandise, souvenirs, incidental expenses, additional tips and gratuities, and all other costs not otherwise mentioned herein.
• The Prize must be taken on 27th -30TH August 2021 inclusive staying three (3) nights onboard the Disney Magic. Departure date is fixed.
• The Prize is for the Recipient and up to three (3) guests of the Recipient’s choosing
• Minors under the age of 18 not travelling with a parent or legal guardian must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21 in the same accommodation and stateroom. Children must be at least 6 months of age on the day of sailing to be able to sail.
• Travel insurance is not included. It is the Recipient’s and their guests’ responsibility to take out before travelling adequate insurance suitable for their needs for the entire duration of the Prize. Disney shall not be liable for any costs or losses through the Recipient’s failure to take out adequate insurance cover.
• The Recipient and their guests are responsible for their own passport, visa requirements and any other documentation or any other requirements (including but not limited to Covid-19 testing) that may be imposed by the authorities from time to time.
• It is the Recipient and their guests’ responsibility to comply with the applicable laws and follow the Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office’s travel advice in respect of Covid-19 which can be found at https://www.gov.uk/guidance/travel-advice-novel-coronavirus.
• The Prize and all elements within may not be sold, traded, transferred, rescheduled, or refunded.
• If the Recipient elects to partake in any or all portions of his/her prize with fewer than three (3) guests, the prize will be awarded to the Recipient and any participating guest and any remainder of the prize will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation.
• Capacity onboard the Vessel has been reduced to promote physical distancing measures recommended by health authorities. Any recreational opportunities, experiences, shows and events are subject to capacity and availability. The Recipient will be required to make advance reservations for many onboard activities and events, including without limitation the youth activities spaces, shows in the Walt Disney Theatre, and the fitness centre.
• Some experiences, shows or events may not be available or may be modified depending on the evolution of the safety and sanitary measures and recommendations from public authorities. We will not be liable for consequences thereof on your holiday or visit. Please visit the website for the most recent updates.
• Disney, its parent, related, affiliated, and subsidiary companies and their respective officers, directors agents, employees and assigns shall be released and discharged from any and all legal claims, losses, injuries, demands, damages, actions, and/or causes of actions that arise out of and/or in any way related to the Prize, the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the Prize and/or the Promotion.
• Available to UK residents only. UK residents mean residents of either England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland. Subject to government approval. Upon reopening, certain onboard venues, experiences and other offerings will be modified or unavailable, will have limited capacity and will be subject to limited availability, advance registrations or even closure.
• Sailing will depart and return to Southampton without calling in any other ports or locations.
• All payments on board will be taken in US dollars and will, therefore, be subject to the conversion rate and any applicable international transaction fees imposed by your bank/card provider. We will be applying a 2% discount to all final bills to account for this.
• If it becomes necessary for Disney Cruise Line to cancel your cruise due to the pandemic or other extraordinary and unavoidable circumstances, we reserve the right to postpone or substitute the Prize at any time.
• There is no alternative prize and the Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.

By participating in the Promotion Recipient’s and their guests agree that they will be subject to Disney Cruise Line Booking Terms and Conditions to the extent they apply to Disney Magic at Sea Staycations and save for the sections relating to the fees of the booking. Health and Safety Important Information

• In order to sail the Recipient will be required to meet Health and Safety requirements.
• Guests 18 years of age and older must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as defined by the National Health Service. NHS currently defines fully vaccinated as 7 days after the final dose. Disney Cruise Line will contact the Recipient prior to sailing with instructions on how to show proof of vaccination status.
• Guests under 18 years old are NOT required to be vaccinated, but most provide proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test result (paid for by the Guest) taken between 5 days and 24 hours prior to embarkation. Disney Cruise Line has secured a special discounted rate through a third-party vendor for PCR tests and will contact Guests prior to sailing with instructions on how to complete and submit their test results. Guests may obtain their PCR test from the third-party vendor or qualified testing supplier of their choice.
• All guests, including those who have been vaccinated, are also required to undergo an antigen COVID-19 rapid test administered by a third party in the terminal prior to boarding, at Disney’s expense. Anyone testing positive at the terminal will undergo a second test to verify the results. Guests will positive COVID-19 test results and their party will be denied boarding.
• Daily temperature checks and health questionnaires will be required for all Guests prior to embarkation and during the cruise.
• All Guests aged 11 and older are required to wear a face covering on the ship and at our terminals unless in their stateroom, eating or drinking in a designated seating area or while stationary, swimming or occupying a deck chair.

COVID-19 WARNING

We have taken enhanced health and safety measures for all Guests, Cast and Crew Members. You must follow all posted instructions while sailing with Disney Cruise Line. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the UK government, older adults and Guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.

By sailing with Disney Cruise Line you agree to follow all health and safety measures implemented by Disney Cruise Line and relevant governments and authorities.

Health Acknowledgement

Please make sure that you have reviewed and follow any advisories or restrictions that may be in place for travel, including those posted on gov.uk/coronavirus. Guests who are or may be at increased risk of severe illness due to contracting COVID-19 should consult with their health care provider before sailing. By boarding a Disney Cruise Line ship, you are confirming that you and all persons in your party are not experiencing any of the following symptoms of COVID-19 identified by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention at CDC.gov, including: Fever or chills; Cough; Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing; Fatigue; Muscle or body aches; Headache; New loss of taste or smell; Sore throat; Congestion or runny nose; Nausea or vomiting; and Diarrhea, and have not been in contact with someone with confirmed or suspected COVID-19 symptoms without completing a 14-day quarantine and/or are not under any self-quarantine orders. You must report to Disney Cruise Line if you experience any COVID-19 symptoms while onboard. Guests who cannot confirm all of the above criteria must not board the ship. If at any point during their cruise a Guest does not meet all of the above criteria, they and their traveling party will be required to isolate.
