Good morning everyone, I have been MIA for a while, 8 days holidaying in Cheshire and then needing massive catch-ups in the garden, washing, shopping, Dentist, Haircut etc.
Much cooler here today, I rather overdid things yesterday and ended up being rather poorly with a gastric attack, just 4.5 hours in bed last night so feeling rather lifeless now. Rain forecast for this morning, but no sign yet, garden is parched and I have lots to plant, but the ground is like iron.
Need a cuppa, so I will sit and try and catch up with the last few days of posts, (if I can find my way around!)
Take care all.The best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time. (Abraham Lincoln)12 -
Really bad storm here last night with 2 power cuts.
I got up to visit the bathroom at 3 am - turned on light - no power. Turned it off and as I did so there must have been a power surge - office door open - and Mr F had left a computer screen on - it came to life and frightened the light out of me. Torrential rain here.Decluttering Achieved - 2023 - 10,364 Decluttering - 2024 - 8,365 August - 0/45
