How long are Stamp Duty Refunds currently taking?

A little more information might help.
Have you purchased a property before selling your existing property ?
I believe you normally have 3 years in which to sell the old property. 
You pay this tax to HMRC so maybe look on that website

Thanks. I've seen the info on the Gov website and know the process, just wondering how long it is actually taking at the moment and if people are experiencing delays.

When we applied for a refund of the second home stamp duty, the timescales were ;

Application submitted 10th April 2021.

Payment from HMRC received on the 4th May (& they included £22.19 interest :-) )
