Oh mine was definitely a faster payment - customer services acknowledged that. Santander have just decided to sit on it for god knows how long while it does it's "checks". Useless bank.

Depends on the bank and usually after 8ish, I don't know what it is for Santander.

Well, just checked my bank account and...........nothing's changed. Customer services have been non-existent all flippin' day. Definitely going to change my bank. I mean, just imagine if I was really desperate for that £50 and they pulled a stunt like this. Utterly diabolical.

OP do you definitely know that the FPS was received by your bank?  It sounds to me like it has not been sent by YouGov with the date you think, have you confirmed with them the sort code and account number the payment was sent to and what date you will receive funds?
