WAKE UP A WINNER GMB PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Who can enter:

Prize Draw open to UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents aged 18 years or over only, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Opening/closing date & time:

· There will be three (3) separate Prize Draws in relation to the Good Morning Britain programme (the “Programme”) as follows:

o Prize Draw 1 opens online via www.itv.com/win (“Website”) on Thursday 10 June 2021 and closes online at 10.00am on Tuesday 15 June 2021.

o Prize Draw 2 opens via the Website on Tuesday 15 June 2021 and closes online at 10.00am on Wednesday 16 June 2021.

o Prize Draw 3 opens via the Website on Wednesday 16 June 2021 and closes online at 10.00am on Thursday 17 June 2021.

Entrants may enter either or all three (3) Prize Draws.

Winner selection & contact:

· Each draw will take place within 24 hours of the closing date and time for all entries.

· Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, for each Prize Draw, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win a prize.

· The winner of Prize Draw 1 will be notified on Wednesday 16 June 2021, the winner of Prize Draw 2 will be notified on Thursday 17 June 2021 and the winner of Prize Draw 3 will be notified on Friday 18 June 2021 (each, “Winner Notification Date”). In each case, the winner may be notified by the Good Morning Britain production team attending at the address provided by the entrant at the time of entry, or on the telephone number provided at the time of entry. Winner contact will be in accordance with Clause 5.2 of the ITV General Competition, Vote and Poll Terms.

How to enter & cost of entry:

· For each Prize Draw, you may enter online by going to the Website and following the instructions. There is a cap of one (1) entry per Prize Draw per phone number provided. There is no charge for entry but internet service provider’s fees may apply when accessing the internet.

By entering the Prize Draw, you confirm the following:

• You are 18 years or over and are a UK Resident;
• You do not work for and are not related to anyone who works for ITV;
• You have read and accept these Good Morning Britain Wake Up A Winner terms and conditions;
• You have read and accept the General Terms;
• You have read and accepted the following Privacy Notices https://www.itv.com/terms/articles/privacy and https://one-itv-production.s3-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/assets/programme-applicants-participants-contributors-audience.pdf; 
• You may be surprised by the Good Morning Britain production team turning up at your doorstep on the relevant Winner Notification Date as described above, as applicable (subject to the discretion of the Promoter) to deliver the Prize between 7.15am and 8.15am;
• You have the permission to film inside and outside your home (which, where applicable, may require the written permission from the landlord, other occupiers, neighbours, owner or agent of the landlord or the owner to allow the filming to take place). The Promoter may choose to film on the doorstep or outside the property in the Promoter’s own discretion; and
• You have permission from all the occupants of the property to allow filming and their consent to be shown live on TV. If any children are present in the property, then the winner should ensure they have the written consent of their parent or legal guardian.

By submitting your entry you confirm that you have the relevant permissions, as set out in these Terms and Conditions of Entry, and that you consent to being filmed by ITV live on television at your home address.

Prize

There are three (3) prizes each consisting of £3,000 (three thousand pounds) made payable by CHAPS in the name of the relevant entrant only.

If, due to unforeseen circumstances, the Good Morning Britain production team are not able to film the winner, the winner shall be contacted in accordance with ITV’s General Competition Terms and Conditions and the prize shall be transferred by CHAPS to the winner.
