Back in Jan 2020 I got a PPI refund from Blackhorse. Prior to getting the refund i had a couple of calls off a company saying they were chasing it for me (to be honest i just filled a form in online and didn't even make a note of the company name) Since i received the refund i have heard nothing from them, no call, not letters etc. I have kept the 20% fee to oneside. Today I received a call - 18 months later, the company name didn't ring a bell but they said it was from the Blackhorse PPI, I couldn't speak as i was at work but asked them to send information in the post. I just wondered if anyone else has heard a year and a half later!!

Yes.  Sometimes longer.    They generally have up to 6 years.   Often the lender doesn't tell the CMC and they run periodic chasers.

Thank you, that's fine. I've asked for paperwork sent to my home so will just settle up once i get the details and know they are definitely the company i signed with.
